SO2 SHEETS (SULPHUR PADS) FOR TABLE GRAPES
We distribute Paper SO2 pads and also Plastic SO2 pads. The Paper SO2 pads are used for most of the markets including America, Eurpe and Asia.Paper SO2 pads usage depends on the post harvest program and the length of the shelf life the table grape will have. For short periods its needed 2 to 5 grams of NA2S2O5 while for long transit time or extented shelf life it needs 7 grams or more.
Plastic SO2 pads: This is mostly used for the market of UK as special requirements by importers and Supermarkets there like TESCO, ASDA etc.This pad is not used for long periods of shelf life but can protect grapes up to 60 days.
ABSORB PAPERS ( MAM SHEETS )
Food Grade Paper designed to absorb humidity in the grape box and also to filter excess of SO2 released by the grape guards.Also is used for other industries like Tomato, Berries, etc.
This paper is virgin, FDA approved and count with a special thickness and embossing to bring more absorption area, that way it is possible to absorb moisture in excess. This product is manufactured in different sizes and thinkness accroding to the different markets and technical needs.This paper is all around the world by pack houses and exporters to pack table grapes, berries, etc.
